Refund, Returns, and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Shimmer and Glimmer Beauty Lounge for your nail care needs. We strive to provide you with exceptional services and experiences. Below is our policy regarding refunds, returns, and cancellations:

Refund Policy:

All services provided by Shimmer and Glimmer Beauty Lounge are non-refundable once the service has been completed.

Returns Policy:

In the event that you are dissatisfied with a service provided, please contact us within 48 hours of the service. We will be happy to address any concerns and, if necessary, schedule a complimentary adjustment or redo of the service.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment.

Failure to provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total service cost.

“No-shows” or clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointments without prior notice could be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total service cost.

Late Arrivals:

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and delays can happen. However, arriving excessively late for your scheduled appointment may result in a shortened service or rescheduling at the discretion of our technicians.

Booking Deposits:

For certain services or appointments, a non-refundable booking deposit may be required to secure your booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total service cost on the day of your appointment.
