SHIMMER AND GLIMMER Beauty Lounge – Virtual Gift Card Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the purchase and use of virtual gift cards (“Gift Cards”) issued by SHIMMER AND GLIMMER Beauty Lounge (“SHIMMER AND GLIMMER,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, redeeming, or using a Gift Card, you (“you” or “the customer”) agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Gift Card Purchase and Redemption:

1.1 Gift Cards can be purchased through our official website or authorized partners.

1.2 Gift Cards are issued in Euro (EUR) currency and are not redeemable for cash.

1.3 Gift Cards can be redeemed only for services and products offered by SHIMMER AND GLIMMER Beauty Lounge.

2. Value and Expiry:

2.1 The value of a Gift Card is determined at the time of purchase.

2.2 Gift Cards are valid for a period of five years from the date of purchase. Any remaining balance after this period will be forfeited.

3. Redemption and Use:

3.1 Gift Cards can be redeemed in whole or in part. If the value of the service or product is higher than the Gift Card value, the balance must be paid by another accepted payment method.

3.2 Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Cards.

3.3 Gift Cards cannot be used in conjunction with coupon codes.

4. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards:

4.1 SHIMMER AND GLIMMER is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. Gift Cards should be treated like cash.

5. Refunds and Returns:

5.1 Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5.2 Services or products purchased using a Gift Card are subject to SHIMMER AND GLIMMER’s standard refund and return policy.

6. Fraud Prevention:

6.1 SHIMMER AND GLIMMER reserves the right to refuse the acceptance of a Gift Card that appears to be fraudulent, tampered with, or obtained in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.

7. Changes to Terms:

7.1 SHIMMER AND GLIMMER reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without notice.

8. Governing Law:

8.1 These Terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
